jean-claude le floch

Born in 1945 and died in 2009, Jean-Claude Le Floch studied at the École des beaux-arts de Lorient, then at the Paris studio of the engraver Manuel Robbe. After returning to Brittany in the early seventies, Le Floch taught engraving at the École des beaux-arts de Lorient and gave classes for children in Vannes. However, he was mainly devoted to his career as an engraver. Through individual and group exhibitions, he became well-known in Brittany and Paris, as well as in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Sweden.
