Lucien Scheler

Born in 1902 and died in 1999, Lucien Scheler was a French poet, publisher and librarian. Similar to Paul Éluard, particularly during the era of the Resistance, he was devoted to publishing his complete works in La Pléiade. He wrote some poetry books, often illustrated by renowned artists, including Picasso and Raoul Ubac.
