Terry Randy Awashish
Atikamekw Nehirowisiw of the Opitciwan community, Terry Randy Awashish is a multidisciplinary artist and a graphic designer. He works primarily as an illustrator, conceiving posters and visual identities. He is also interested in everything related to fine art print. In April 2017, Terry was awarded the Manitou-Kiuna Prize by the Kiuna Institute and the First Nations Education Council. In 2019, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in graphic design at UQAM’s Design School.
