YVeS BUIN

Yves Buin, born in 1938, is a French writer whose diverse body of work spans both fiction and essays. Author of about twenty books, he published notable titles such as Maël (Bourgois), La Terre d’Arnhem (Plon), and Bornéo, après la nuit(Grasset), which reflect his fascination with adventure and human exploration. His work also includes essays, like Essai d’herméneutique sexuelle (Seghers), as well as critical studies such as Kerouac (Jean-Michel Place). With Borggi(Rivages Noir), he revealed his interest in noir literature and narrative experimentation. Throughout his career, Buin has combined imagination, intellectual depth, and curiosity, building a distinctive and demanding literary voice.
